Sidekick 3 Stops Booting - 4 Danger Icons on a White Screen
Here is a procedure to try and fix this issue. It may work for you or it may not. No promises! We have seen good success with it though!
1) Remove the battery from your sidekick 3
2) Flip the screen open

3) Press and hold the W key on the keyboard (Make sure the battery is out). Press and hold it and keep holkding it whiel you inser the battery in the next step.
4) Put the battery in (make sure you are holding w). This is a little tricky to do but you can do it. We have faith in you! =)
5) Keep holding W!
6) The device will boot to a screen that has a picture of a SK with Xs for eyes and stars spinning around it's head. Like it just got knocked out! . When you see this, you can (finally) let go of the "W" key.
7) After a few seconds you should see a screen that states "Sorry! Please restart your device by selecting the Reboot button. If this screen appears again, contact Customer Care."
8) Click the Reboot button on the screen.
This *might* fix your problem. If it doesn't, You can try again but it probably won't work. If it comes up again, call customer care if you are under warranty or insurance and have them replace your sidekick 3.
The only thing this "fix" will help with is if your device wont boot but shows the 4 Danger icons on a white screen.
