Does you sidekick slide no longer charge it's battery?  Does it have water damage or damaged from being dropped, so T-mobile won't cover it?  A cheap solution is to get an external battery charger for your t-mobile slide. This will allow to charge the sidekick slides battery seperate form the phone.  They are fairly inexpensive on ebay and most come with an extra battery.  That extra battery for you slide is important so you can have one charging while using the other.
